This notice explains how Cody Global, operated by Dara Cody, handles personal information sent to us through this website.

What we collect

The name, email address, subject and message you send us through the enquiry form or by email.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, where you choose to proceed, to discuss and manage a possible engagement. We do not use it for marketing lists and we do not sell or rent it. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent to us and, where you ask us to, on taking steps towards an engagement.

Who handles it

Enquiries sent through the form are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, and held in our business email account, provided by Google Workspace. These providers process the information on our behalf and only to provide their service. Where this involves processing outside the European Economic Area, it is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to dara@codyglobal.com. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
